Privacy policy
MatchyMatchy ("we") is operated by Pratik Poddar, Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use the MatchyMatchy app in ChatGPT, our size-collection pages and this website, and how we use it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Organisers: name, email, phone number and shipping address; event details you give us (occasion, names, dates, design text).
- Guests using a size link: the name you enter, your size, and any text you add for the back of your tee.
- Waitlist: your email address.
- Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference, never your full card or UPI credentials.
- Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) used for security and debugging.
From ChatGPT we only receive what is sent to our app's tools to do your request (for example your event brief). We do not get your ChatGPT history.
How we use it
Only to design, collect sizes for, take payment for, print, ship and support your order, to send you order emails, and, if you joined the waitlist, to tell you when we launch. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Printrove (printing and shipping): the shipping name, phone, address and the print designs, including guests' back text.
- Razorpay (payments).
- Our hosting and email providers (Netlify, Supabase, Resend), who process data for us.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside India under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 8 years for tax and accounting. Guest names, sizes and design files are deleted 90 days after delivery. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing pratik.phodu@gmail.com. Guests can ask the organiser or us to remove their entry.
Children
MatchyMatchy is not meant for children under 18 placing orders. A guest under 18 should fill a size link with a parent's permission.
