Shipping, cancellation & refunds
Shipping
We ship within India only. Each group order is printed on demand and shipped to the single address given at checkout. Orders usually arrive 5–9 days after payment, depending on the pincode. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
Cancellation
Every tee is printed to order. You can cancel for a full refund until printing starts, usually within a few hours of payment; email us straight away. Once printing has started we can't cancel the order.
Returns and replacements
Because tees are personalised, we don't accept returns for change of mind or a wrong size chosen by a guest. If a tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the design you approved, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll reprint it free or refund that item.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) within 5–7 working days.
