These terms apply to MatchyMatchy, operated by Pratik Poddar, Bengaluru, India. By using the app in ChatGPT, a size-collection page or this website, you agree to them.
The service
MatchyMatchy helps you design custom printed t-shirts for a group, collect sizes from guests through a shared link, pay online, and have the order printed and delivered in India by our print partner.
Your designs and content
You're responsible for the text, names and content you put on a tee. Don't use content that you don't have rights to (such as brand or college logos, film stills or someone else's artwork) or that is obscene, hateful, defamatory or unlawful. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks this rule and refund you.
Orders and prices
Prices, shipping and delivery estimates are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed tee, and sizes follow the size chart shown at the size link.
Size links
The organiser controls the size link and its deadline and is responsible for the final order and the shipping address. Guests' entries are part of the organiser's order.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We are not responsible for failures on the payment provider's side; if you're charged and no order is created, contact us and we'll refund you.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as a tee arriving after your event because of a courier delay outside our control.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
